Two large polychrome sculpted sconces representing Osiris, holding the whip and carrying the Atef, and Anubis, the guardian of the Dead These painted sconces are mummy trimmings and can be found from the Ramesside to the Late Period. Quite rare, a few examples are known in the Louvre from the Caylus, Durand or Salt Collections.
